Are children supervised?
We have strived to provide a safe environment for all our guests and our dedicated staff will be keeping a watchful eye out, however parents and guardians are responsible for the care and supervision of their child/children whilst in KIDZ TOWN.
Do you have facilities for people with additional support needs ?
KIDZ TOWN itself , our baby area and cafe is situated on the ground floor  and we have accessible toilets . Upstairs we have our sensory room which is available to any of our guests who may need a little “ quiet time “ during their session . If you would like any more information or would like to arrange a visit to check if we can accommodate your needs please do not hesitate to contacts us.
Can I take photos in KIDZ TOWN ?
Yes , the time you spend with your children during their early years is so precious and we are happy for you to capture these moments of your own child  for your own personal use.
Why can’t I bring my own food?
We have our fabulous “Kidzy Kitchen“ which provides a range of delicious, freshly made snacks, meals and treats. We strive to provide a safe environment for allergy sufferers and therefore can’t allow any homemade food on the premises as we do not know the contents. Please contact us if you feel you may need to bring your own food due to severe allergies.
Can I stay after my 90 minute session ?

Yes our cafe is open before, during and after your session. 

Why do you have timed sessions?

To ensure that we can have restricted numbers at our sessions to allow the children to have an enjoyable play time and also to ensure that every child has the same play experience when they first enter the town as it will be tidied and reset from the previous session.
